If you have a college degree, modest work experience, and just a smidgen of self-respect, leave Truist. It's not worth it. We're not paid enough to deal with all the cr-p we're expected to deal with every day. I've been with BB&T for over a decade and I have never felt as disrespected and more than just a number as I have in the past few years. I refuse to let them continue treating me this way.

OMG! Juneteenth really? Hey, this is the cultural issue between BBT and hSTI. BBT is a bunch of racist id--ts! I’ve seen this on other posts, but this takes the cake! So, you don’t like having a diverse workforce? Or heaven forbid you have to report to someone who is not a evangelical white supremest? Grow the he-l up!
And it’s not even Juneteenth yet. Just wait until all the white guilt and shaming emails from exec mgmt come out. The virtue signaling instead of managing at this company is off the rails and says a lot about the pandering.
Treat everyone equally and move on.
