Well maybe if the surviving app was not BBT and hSTI was even considered this would not have happened!
The execs think it's just the cost of doing business - like when Ford decided to just let Pintos explode instead of recalling them.
It's just the tip of the iceberg, wire fraud is a serious matter. The frequency of all these people out of thousands shows that their system and procedures are missing protocol that would halt these mistakes.
