NO! They are all getting laid off because of AGE. If you are 40+ you will get laid off. Remember about 10-15 years ago a lawsuit was brought against Sprint for age discrimination? And one of the persons mentioned in the lawsuit mentioned the SPREADSHEET Sprint had made listing all the employees to be laid off based on their age? (GIRLFRIEND SHOULD HAVE DOWNLOADED THE SPREADSHEET ONTO A FLASH DRIVE) Well, it was true. Sprint just covered it up real good. I know because I was laid off (2004-2006) before the lawsuit was filed and my original Sprint paperwork mentions my age. Now T-Mobile is doing the same thing. If anyone is being laid off in 2022 and you are under the age of 40, then they really have lost their minds.
I challenge anyone who is under the age of 40 that gets laid off in 2022 (NOT A CONTRACTOR) to submit a comment here and mention how long they were with the company.
