Very toxic work environment. Higher-ups don't care and are never helpful. If you dare ask for help they either blow you off or give you a sarcastic answer and then blow you off. All they do is set employees up for failure. It's not all of us together for the success of the company, they've set it up so it's us against them. Toxicity at this finest.

Absolutely correct OP. C level was bullied and last picked, now its their turn. No doubt.
I cringe at how generic and forced this was written. It was painful to read.
Not sure what fiserv you would at but my experience is great. My contribution is valued our product we offer the client is top shelf. We care about the quality of the product and the client experience. Easy choice for me: this place is great.

So if you recently joined Fiserv, and did not read this and other message boards, why did you join in the first place? Guess what - toxic it is now. A little before First Data ate it alive but now, it is a new circle of he-l by Dante. (I met an employee in a parking lot wearing the Fiserv orange shirt. Told him I left in 2020 because of a move that was reversed. He asked if I wanted then to return to Fiserv - yeah if not for the First Data experience. " I could not agree more " was his reply). BEFORE accepting a position, do your research first.
