Are we supposed to pretend covid isn’t happing?
My team is getting hit hard and we already are getting the “well we have to get this meeting in” guilt trip…
Hate to say it but this was all very predictable. Leadership doesn’t have the guts to take a stand and took the middle road… the exits will be packed come this summer.
