My sense is layoffs become non existent in 2022. The synergy gains needed have occurred, large clients are being signed and clover is a major growth engine. Worth keeping and eye on debt but all systems are go at this point.

You don’t need layoffs when people are fired for not getting vaccinated, not wanting to move to the armpit of America, or leave on their own
Fiserv being done with layoffs is like saying politicians are through raising taxes and spending money they don’t have.

Clover is not a major growth engine. It is competing in an over saturated market. Digital Channels was a huge amount of Revenue, but at the rate customers are leaving. it will be in pices in no time.
Yep. they finally have enough staff for everyone to work 70 hour weeks. correct. no more layoffs needed. FD is evil.
