This company has different set of rules for management and craft when u fix that maybe things will turn around. You will performance plan people out the company for poor results. When it's the ceo we give them 5 years of not moving the needle and a 40 million dollar payout if he fails don't you love corporate America ? Rich getting richer from your loyalty dedication and work. I have lost 70 grand in my 401k and have less than 5 years to retire they are screwing us over
Keep applauding failed results while you lose money and say nothing speak up they cannot fire you for asking what this failed leadership is doing to the company. Make sure it's documented when you speak up and let them know it will be because they cannot be trusted.
This company went from sweet cherry kool-aid to hot pi-s! It's horrid what upper leadership is doing to this company.
I was all about that kool-aid because it came with huge commission checks.
