Anyone wiht good manager level or up info - are we tracked and what kind of reports you have on us: Scanned ID cards, logins, LAN? What can you share with grunts and peons?

Pre-covid we used to get lists of employees with notably low counts of ID card scans. We were expected to tell them they had to come in more, but now, nobody cares anymore, so yes you are easy to track but no enforcement is really possible.

Not when I work at home, and leave my computer connected overnight.
They will find you.
I left Oracle with a rank higher than M4. Why do you believe they are aware when your software is out of date? They have bastion reports when you login and log out. They can check building readers to see when you arrive. Reports are available on your desktop. Yes, you can definitely be tracked.
Assume the answer is yes. Viewing you thru the laptop camera, tracking your keystrokes, how much time you are using email, IM channels, etc.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
What about if you work remote? Do managers have access to see your screen or how much time you are online?
When I was a manager at Oracle, the daily badging in of employees was monitored. The purpose was to determine if it was justified to assign a permanent work desk to an employee or not. Employees otherwise would have to rely on using the flex desks (first come first serve basis). I was aware of this, but I never used it to monitor my direct reports, or to make judgment calls on their productivity. I cannot speak for other Oracle managers.
You will not escape. The Oracle knows and sees all.
They will track you down.

Apparently someone isn’t keeping up with current mgmt/wfh trends, and doesn’t know how to play defense.

Everything is tracked in the office and out. They know what IP address you connect from etc. when not I’m the office.
As long as you're where you should be and doing your job, it wouldn't be a concern.
And I will add that every bit of info on you and I mean EVERYTHING goes into your latest stack-ranking.
Yes of course. They know who comes into the building and when.
Do you really have to ask?
