Badge swipes will be reported weekly to your manager, if you aren't in a Fiserv building find another job. Another round of layoffs to occur for anyone remote, including those identified as space cadets or whatever it was.

It's sickening to tell employees you care about their safety and in the same message rescind the vaccine mandate and demand employees sit in conference rooms and cube farms. Frank has ordered additional badge swipe equipment. He is putting them on every bathroom stall. Also Sapience is being upgraded so you must have a hand on your mouse every second of the day or you will be on a report.
On his town hall, Keith F more or less said "we tried 60% but it didn't work, so do whatever makes sense for your team" in so many words. He will look like more of a clown than he already is when Frank overrides him with "50% or you're fired." The leadership at this company is completely scatterbrained and embarrassing. Mandates change by the minute at Scatterserv.

Very VERY few companies are holding a hard line on this. Even JP Morgan Chase has blinked (not convincingly, but they did blink).
Fiserv's insistence on this puts them firmly in the past.

My team is scattered all over the place. None in NJ. They're all in Georgia and Omaha. So if I'm in Ohio, been remote for 4 yrs, pre-covid, I'm going to get canned if I don't move to Jersey, sit in an office and collaborate with nobody? Hahahahahahaha, I don't think so.
They have been running badge checks sine September 2021. Make sure you factor in your vacation time too. Be in the office three days a week to avoid getting in trouble.
Already found another job. Zero regrets. This forced RTO and monitoring badge swipes like you're all children will backfire on Fiserv. Too many great companies out there more than willing to steal that talent away.
