Most new and existing OOC lines will be charged a $2.20 economic surcharge starting next month. What do you think they’re going to do with all that extra cash?

Do they think it being a surcharge instead of changing the plan price will hide it? Maybe people will think if they dont know any better that it is some government thing.
Gonna need to pay Tami and the rest who are flocking to the doors.
Coming to consumer accounts too!! Starts in June. Let's give people another reason to flee, out network is getting horrid, we are charging prime rib pricing for hotdog service!! People are not happy with all the system issues, and even more bi--h about how awful our customer service has become. Hans has this company in a downward spiral, won't be long before he's taking that golden parachute and moving on to ruin his next company!!
holy cr-p op you called it.
Between the money that we've lost in our pay over the last few years... That's their economic rebalancing charge. So the extra money in Hans pockets. Be positive everybody hans is going to the Superbowl.
There is plenty of money to be made if we stop losing customers at a 2:1 ratio from new customers. We need to value existing customers and loyalty wayyy more.
Got to pay for the C Band somehow. Be thankful it is not layoffs.
way to take the one profitable department we have and drive it to the ground. business customers are already on edge with our service going downhill and pricing still being up, now we can go ahead and add $15-$20/ month on their bills and for what? not like we are driving phones to them w gas price increases
Hopefully give me my sevie
