I applied to many applications here that fit my qualifications. JP Morgan is very picky, or selective with whom they hire.
Looks like I dodged a bullet. So thank you for not hiring me.

It's hard for internal employees to transfer
I reapplied back to Chase after resigning about a year ago for the department that I came from, different location, slightly different position. I was not hired even tho I had experience and know the systems, reporting, processes, etc. It is what it is, I guess.

Trust me. You made a good choice not coming to Chase. Unless your new.. it can be a career started but not a career it’s self.

Most definitely selective. No way in he-l it takes 6 months to hire a new person to my department. (AND THE NEW PERSON DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE.)
