Anyone else wonder what the Acosta rep does? We have 6 pallets of books that seem to never get worked because “there’s not enough hours” seems like another bad decision made by our company, eliminate our book associates replace them by an over paid third party. This company wastes so much money and makes a LOT of senseless changes( getting rid of audit team and third shift HUGE mistakes!)

But if we get rid of books what will children have to grab on and leave all over the club and on the floor?
What about the members that need to wipe their greasy fingers on something so they can get more samples. You really don't expect them to find paper towels or napkins do you?
I say get rid of books just like we did cd’s and dvds…. We have so many books and no one buys them anyway .
Not too surprised by this decision.
Walmart Inc likes them buzz words automation and virtual because they pretty much mean no human interaction.
Eliminate a few positions that have an annual salary of $30K and replace them with a contract that pays out in the millions.
