Why is an equity audit needed when Verizon has a Human Capital Report. Just update the Human Capital Report. The Human Capital Report numbers speak for themselves. A third party company is not needed to provide a DEI summary.

Being awake can’t be stopped that’s like trying to stop the sun from rising and setting.
They only be hiring the brothers and sisters anyway
The equity report is to distract from Verizon's poor strategy. Management consultants use social justice initiatives to distract from poor results. After the next bad acquisition, I'd expect a Climate Change pledge or something.
what race are those conducting the report?
The Equity Report is about how well the company can discriminate against non-executive white males of European extraction. It is also the best inducement to change wireless providers. At Verizon it is not about your network, but your race, creed, color and who you have s-x with.
Why do almost all NYC employees don’t live in NYC?
Pay higher wages
The human capital report is reallly bias if you read the verbiage. I love the human capital report but any outsider is going to raise an eyebrow at it since it obviously wouldn’t include anything glaringly negative. I think a third party report would be great.
Let’s focus and spend money on growing revenue and profit. Stop following this woke mantra.
