Heard stores recently changed their team commission structure again. Can someone please tell me how this works? Is it basically hourly or you get hourly plus a team commission check? If you still get team commission, what is the goal ? Thank you in advance.

The only ones making money are DM and GM, no wonder they always selling you BS that we are doing great and how amazing is 5G and sell and sell so they can get bigger check meanwhile WE get nothing!!!!
I feel bad for the people that try hard while their coworkers just glide bye expending infinity less energy and effort to make the same pay. Thanks for propping up our team check though. Wonder if they would even stay at the job if they were smart enough to see how they are getting abused and extorted.

yes it's team, yes it's trash. The increased the quota over 45% month over month.
My superstar 5 bar contribution check was the exact same as the terrible one bar contribution check. I guess I'll relax from now on. What's the point?
