What do you think, who is next in line?

With all of the moves the current management is making, it seems like they are preparing their exit strategy by setting Fiserv up to be sold to a private equity company. Why else cut costs and make investments in money saving tech??
Byron or Himanshu would replace Frank if the need ever arose.
The Situation from Jersey Shore will replace Frank.
Bozo the clown would be an improvement
Yes, bring the ape in and the stock reaches $200 in a month
An ape could have done a better job.
F. is working with Elon Musk to move his consciousness into a computer so he can continue to run Fiserv after his body gives out. He isn't here for life he is here until someone can eliminate the computer virus he will become.
The money spent on the Berkeley Heights office would have been much better spent on employee retention. Instead, now we have a largely unfilled office and a dearth of knowledgable and capable employees. I'm sure the decision to build that office made sense to the C-suite from the perspective of lining their pockets, but from the outside, it seems to have made little business sense. I wonder how the average shareholder feels about this, or if they even understand what's happening at this company currently.
The money being spent to build a facility that no associate wants to even go to is irresponsible to the stock holders. It’s nothing more than a monument to an outdated model especially in fintech, but mostly a monument to an obsolete “leader” and his ego. As an associate and stockholder I am against such an unnecessary expenditure. Put that money into new technology and services.
With the $400M dollar complex they are building in NJ…these current leaders aren’t going anywhere
Himanshu
Stupid post - and I am not a First Data shill by any means. CEOs have a very cushy job and paid high, even if their work standard is less than good. Now they also nave negotiated golden parachutes (Yabuki had one). And I see no real fact that Frank is going anywhere soon. So keep the rumor or rumorless posts off this board and let Fiserv and/or First Data post FACTS and not bathroom gossip.
Probably whoever buys fiserv will lead it
We need young tech savvy leadership. Someone who doesn’t “lead” with their ego. Understands the needs of the modern workforce and doesn’t need physical monuments aka Berkeley heights or nyc to get real work done. No more clown leaders
Chiarello... He may be too old though, so not sure how this will be preceivded by the board.
Why do you ask? Is he going anywhere?
Oscar the Grouch would be a better candidate than Frank.
A true step up. Even lived in NYC if I recall properly.
Much of the C-suite is unemployable outside of Fiserv.
