I want my severance 😭. Thought for sure we would be cut. We do add a lot of value and keep members out of the hospital. I work from the minute I clock in until the minute I leave trying to keep these members as healthy as possible. I’m ready to go now though and I need my severance. Lol
That is what my supervisor told us in our team meeting. He is retiring at the end of this month because there is no RIFs on the horizon and I am not too far behind
Where would the 1 billion have come from? I assume RIFs are coming and we are all just sitting ducks still.
