Fiserv is a total mess. Until a few months ago, I thought that leadership actually drives the decline, but now I increasingly think that leadership has almost no control and that the company is left to chance. I may be exaggerating, but I don't think I'm the only one who thinks they don't know what they're doing anymore?

I left a great company to peruse a career at Fiserv. Biggest mistake of my life. I have ptsd from working there.
You’re not exaggerating at all. Its chaos, toxic and a terrible place for any employee. Im glad I left. Never been happier. I now work for a company that cares about its employees, invests in them and has a clear path set to success.
I think Frank is intentionally trying to reduce headcount by allowing the hemorrhaging of staff and closing facilities to "streamline" the business and get it ready for sale next year.
I am unaware of any sort of corporate strategy. There should be at least some sort of strategy.
Lol!! Not in your life… execs know exactly what they are doing.
Pillaging the stock and selling it off.
The remains aren’t relevant.
Remember Sears and Kmart?
Get stock for next to nothing sell it the carcass doesn’t matter.
Executives have it well planned out to extract as much as possible and sell off the remains.
