Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Frank got a 67% raise last year

Because he’s done such a fabulous job running the company, reflected by a stock price that has gone absolutely nowhere since he has been CEO.

“ Fiserv president and CEO Frank Bisignano had total compensation of $20.4 million in 2021, up from $12.2 million in 2020”

I have no respect for the executive mgmt…still no cohesive technology after the merger…even with badging…OFS does not work in OFD facilities…and their new help desk quick answer policy…after being on hold 22 min I was hung up on…many high level people jumping ship…and new requisitions only approved in NJ

A CEO's job is so easy: Make up a mandate that forces everyone to relocate or GTFO, watch your earnings increase due to all the fires and layoffs, do blow and bang ho----s on your remote island "working", get paid tens of millions of dollars.

It's probably to 'make up' for the salary he and Jeff gave up during the beginning of the pandemic. We wouldn't want either one of them to starve...would we? (Sarcasm)
