@gtpv HR serves management and the business. As long as they do right by them, nothing will change. These aren't the people in the trenches dealing with 2x the workload, lazy peers, bad line managers etc.
Would say we need to clean house, but "beggars can't be choosers" when we have an issue with attrition
Wow holy cow! Never seen such a vote on here! EM and rest of HR are terrible. I wonder if they and she knows how poorly they are seen by us and rest of GF. I mean the must realize right?

If the stock tanks it will be an attractive opportunity for the bigwigs but inte boat has already sailed and so it will be interesting to see who it would be. Tsmc already expanding, Samsung already expanding. Also with tsmc reporting 35% yoy it will be another interesting point to see in may where Gf stands
Does anyone else wish the stock would tank to ding these guys? Reflect the true nature internally at GF. I feel like stock currently is over inflated and misrepresents the true nature and value of GF. But secretly I am rooting for it to tank, but of course it would also hurt me and others ….. lead to layoffs etc. But a part of me does actively secretly root for it. I know of a few others in the malta cubes with same feeling but of course for obvious reasons it’s never spoken out loud. Only in quiet corners and hushed tones.
The HR is an absolute mess.
Also US site is the worse GF site amongst all GF sites.
The head has always been an oddity .
How on earth could she even have survived the numerous purges that occurred ?

Couldn't agree more with your first "Why?" - lets run 5-Whys process:
- Why GloFo HR SVP talking about personal empowerment in the midst of this mass exodus?
To protect her job.
- Why HR SVP so dire to keep her job now at this job market?
Because she's entitled for IPO Executive Equity-based package. Assuming GloFo current Cap $$, 1-below-the #1 shall be looking forward for ~0.8% (>$100M) - that's more than 10,000X than yours or mine.
- Personal Empowerment indeed! And equality, and equity.
Wow someone should really reach out this organization and explain this is not a good look. There was a post on here before (taken down?) saying they will lose all credibility and respect and it’s true. She is not a good person to listen too in that data and numbers clearly show her job performance is abysmal. Why would I listen or take advice from the worst in the business?? Did this event organizer not do their research??They should be ashamed. This is embarrassing
ER needs to be fired. She is leading one of the worst HR organizations of any employer I have worked for. TC needs to wake up, and start leading, instead of auto-approving whatever ER wants to do.
