I think it means if you don’t meet the metrics you have been warned.
I think it is kept cryptic so Humana can change it to fit their needs. Right now the way things are, it's a wonder the organization has lasted this long give the absolute mismanagement of technology. Consistent "siloed" department structures and poor employee moral. This hurts all employees and their families. I wish Humana would figure out from the top how to fix this once and for all.
That telephonic care management is doomed.
