New risk positions and pay ranges? i.e. consumer credit sr/associate to what title and payscale

Pay ranges on new jobs have been lowered.
Don't come to risk. We have lost a lot of people because of instability in leadership and RTO. Roles are not being backfilled and those of us who are still here have to take on the work left by our colleagues who resigned.
They need new hires in Risk to replace all those WFH exceptions that they'll be tossing out the door in a few months.
Don’t come to Risk. It’s an awful place where careers go to die.
