Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

This is unacceptable and all will be made known to the board in 7-10 days.

The board of directors are obviously in the dark about the existing accountability weaknesses as obviously are the auditors. Large shareholder groups have a strong voice.

What will be amusing is if Oracle ever tries to litigate such a patent against another company. The alleged infringer might be able to argue and prevail because the actual inventor is not on the patent. US law requires the actual inventor be named. Filing without correct inventors for deceptive or fraudulent purposes...sayonara patent!

The sooner this VP pays for his wrong doing the sooner Oracle will be cleaned up. This Govt needs to make an example out this VP so that Oracle’s good reputation can be restored. The public needs to know about this VP.
Oracle stock price will increase tremendously when the public finds that Oracle is cleaning up corrupt VP’s.

It is my understanding that The VP pressured the manager to get
the patent done by inventor. Manager had to give VP patent. VP took inventors name off and added his own name and filed. which he had to give to VP. VP put his own name on patent. VP then blamed manager for setting him up. It is believed this was the good manager that got fired because he was good and replaced by a corrupt manager which VP is pleased to have.

When someone posted instructions for the unrecognized inventor that is no longer Oracle re: link to search patents, VP immediately posts, “do not go there this is a setup”
I hope the inventor that didn’t know if anything had ever been done with patent found his patent on website minus his name and will send a letter to the Dept of Justice, attorney generals office, Washington DC also to assistant attorney general Richard B Russell Federal Building Atlanta GA.
Anybody that is aware of this, please contact do the same so that this will set a precedence to the public that corrupt behavior is not tolerated at Oracle.

If you were supposed to have a patent and the same thing happened to you I ask you to please report to the same.

Restitution is due to inventors from this corrupt VP and the Govt will collect the money and will make sure you get. He has been paid royalties for work he never did. He has stolen this from you.

Someone wants you to copy someone else's code for a patent?
Hey, developers. Suppose your manager comes to you and says you can copy over someone else's code and file a patent with them, excluding the person who wrote the original code.

What we have learned is that VP threatened the Mgr into doing this … and later claimed manager set him up…
The fed govt does accept excuses, shifting the blame. Every name on the Patent is responsible for fraud.
VP is paid to be the person responsible & PD is a dirty (as in corrupt) mess, under his watch. The things that people find out when product doesn’t work. Angry frustrated people that are losing money dig deep…this Pandora’s box has to be fixed. VP should resign before it gets ugly & hurts the company even more.

They will turn on each other --> yes this will happen also. It is one of the major reasons why "good" always prevails in the end. Good people work together, bad people work for themselves and will destroy each other if needed to save themselves.

You’d think that it would have already caught up with them. However, their days are numbered. Oracle management has and continues to take the company down. They are too stupid to realize that gifted employees are/were their greatest asset. You don’t steal for very long without getting caught because people tell on others. Truth can not be hidden. It spreads like wild fire. They were not smart enough to give credit to the original developers and promote them and make the company stronger for themselves and now that the economy will no longer support outdated product that does not do as advertised they are and will be left behind as evidence. You can’t do harm to people forever and get away with it. They are & have backed themselves in a corner. There are too many things going south for Oracle’s survival. Things are changing globally. Yet the VP self absorbed id--ts job security will be history. They will stay until they are taken down. They will not leave their power and paycheck behind. Greed will destroy them. It’s interesting they have no clue that they are now the target. As a group that lies, cheating and stealing means nothing, they will certainly turn on each other and self destruct. An investigation has already started. It’s just a matter of time. One thing leads to another. What started as investigating VP’s bullying employees uncovered fraud, theft, etc. This is an investigative journalists, gold mine. Oracle shredded by the VP Royalty.
This business model alone is mob related. LE, The Corporate Godfather’s demise. The characters taking him down turn on each other first. Tho it will be too late, VP’s will be frantically running scared like mice!
