...not by Fiserv, but by the competition. Go interview on the outside and get a new gig. I did, got a huge raise and couldn't be happier - you're worth way more than Fiserv tells you!

Not even number on a spreadsheet our management always referred to employees as bodies, so glad to be done with that place
DEI is just divide and conquer identity politics meant to distract us from the billionaires and millionaires that rule over us, boomer.
@2kxa+1g32CoSr - "Can’t go to a competitor if you have stock. It has a non-competition agreement," is absolutely incorrect. You can own all the stock you want if you're not on the board or have any participation in the direction of the company. Non competes are notoriously difficult to enforce, especially if you were laid off. A company that ditched you cannot prevent you from earning a living in a field where you have training and experience.

F*ank stinks
Lol @ the people getting triggered by the word boomer. Boomer in this context is a mentality, not an age. You can 20 and be called a boomer if you run a company like Frank does.
The blanket insults to a generation is not very DEI friendly and shows very little thoughtfulness in your arguments.
True and that has long been a truth about the place. Fiserv always pays poorly. I had a headhunter openly laugh when I told her my hourly rate. You're kidding? Nope. My manager tried to get salary increase for our entire team. Nope. The rule always was to learn and leave. Oh by the way - Look up First Data layoffs. None.
Frank values you as a number on a spreadsheet
