Ethics Email

Does anyone know what prompted the COO to send out the email about ethics?

you can make commission by selling more $50 phone chargers and insurance for their worthless phones

If you want people to have ethics, make the commission structure better, the quota's attainable and give back the $19,000 I lost last year thanks to to " great new commission structure" , which now will take even more money from us!!!

maybe they should just teach ethics in the training classes rather than give warnings after people are caught.

oh wait I forgot, they look the other way cause it's all about profits to pay Hans' salary.

My favorite is still the Arizona store that slammed their way to a $5k per rep payout and they were celebrated on the monthly call where the director hosted a video chat for all to see what "winners" look like. Then found to be cheats.

It's all about hiding new lines in esim activations.

Hopefully that's true about the esim slamming. Hoping the dquals allow others to bump up to the win.

It’s a combo of reasons. One is because of the new commission pay plan. The other has to do with ESIM slamming as some Winner’s Circle receipients have been disqualified…. or about to be.

I was wondering that also. It wasn't a normal looking email. Look haphazardly put together, with zero branding, pics or special fonts. It was definitely odd.
