If there is anyone or anything that can demotivate me, then it is my manager. And there are many such "professional demotivators" at Fiserv. Isn't demoralizing employees against common sense?
They know very well that their micromanagement does not bring anything good or give good results, but they still continue with such destructive practices. Why are doing that? Fear of losing control? Intentionally harassing employees? It makes no sense.
