This question is for any employee — leaders and other associates. Do you guys find that your Associate Directors are approachable? My Associate Director isn’t approachable AT ALL. He’s really rude and condescending. In meetings, he claims that we can come to him with any concerns, but I really can’t.

All kids got the fancy title this days, doesn’t make them one. It’s unfortunate that Humana don’t understand the implications of this. Be aware, People on this board creates stories to misrepresent.

oh yeah, I love my associate director. He/she (who can tell these days) is always around doin all sorts of really high caliber thinking and stuff. i am humana semi associate
Get some life kid and stop drinking kool aid.
Maybe he is serving his notice period or having a family crisis. We never know what’s the exact reason. Discuss this problems on your 1x1 and not on layoffs forum.
