Do they really want to know our opinions? I can't imagine it being good.

That absolutely was my favorite part of the survey. They attack the direct manager, most of which people like. So if you don’t want to get them fired, you have to fill it out (participation % matters) and say nice things. Which makes it worthless
It is your manager's job to keep you and your team mates in line. The comments you make are attributed to your direct management and your engagement with them. The comments are never attributed to FB or anyone at that level. The survey is useless as a tool for employees to vent their frustration with the direction of the company. Your manager will be tasked with turning the results around for next year.
The survey is confidential…but not anonymous. Remember that.
HR loves the word cloud. If you say "Frank is a terrible leader" and someone else says "Frank is a bad leader" the top two words would be "Frank" and "Leader". That would show that Fiserv employee likes Frank's leadership.
If you were to repeat certain words, those would show up instead. Maybe coordinate with your friends. Could be a fun team building exercise.
Your voice matters bi----s
If i were you, i would not do the survey. Participation is also measured.
That is what a survey is for —- share your thoughts.
