What kind of severance package was offered to those who were laid off yesterday? Does anybody know? Is it one or two weeks per year? How is medical coverage handled? I would appreciate it if anybody would be willing to share this info with the rest of us, just so we know what to expect in the future.

How many were eliminated company wide? On my call there were only 20 local mortgage employees. Management has offered no explanation on how it was determined who got cut. It’s been frustrating. 4 weeks per year of svc is the severance.
One week per year plus a few extra weeks. Health insurance ends the first of the month
