Has anyone heard anything about how WF is checking RTO attendance and what is the consequence? What happens if you just don't go in?

They will be checking badge swipes. No word on consequences yet.
I’ve been doing RTO for two weeks now. There are about 3 people within a 25 yards from me.
I’ll give it some time but just may have to start cutting my time back in the office to two days a week if I’m one of the few here.
There is still too much non-compliance for them to really let people go. I am curious what they will do with this. Maybe they will deny me my sad little raise next year.
The consequences are on the Our Workplace site. “Disciplinary action up to and including termination.”
