A time to reflect on how terrible leadership has become across the board. GT, NDP... and more! Yay.

These surveys are done every year as a check-the-box so nothing ever changes. End of story
Anonymous or not, I do not care. I filled out the survey and was 100% honest in my ratings and my answer to every question. I do not care if they target me, fire me, lay me off, or whatever they wish to do. There comes a point where not being true to who you are or hiding what you really think for the sake of playing it safe is simply not worth that false security. I have a manager from he-l and her manager is even worse than her. To he-l with them both. Yes, I am actively looking for a better opportunity outside of this dumpster that is Nike 🤮🤢
Executive Floor get your shredder ready or maybe read the feedback to bring Nike back to the company it was before JD and his consultants took control.
your responses aren't anonymous. vps and senior directors can ask for the name of the person for a particular response. thats why most people take a minute to fill out 10/10, extremely satisfied, no comment on a survey that takes 10 minutes to fill if any thought was put into it. also whatever you submit will be used against you, jd will say it's because you wanted it as he drives the kn--e deeper with a smile
Respond and rate all very bad. It will make sure your leaders will spend a lot of time in meeting rooms trying to come up with methods to improve engagement (just like last year). That’s all time they can’t spend on thinking up stuff for you to do that makes them look good.
If you think your responses count and anyone does anything with them, you are wrong. Be careful how badly you want to rate your managers, all they need to do is to create additional projects and check lists to "boost your engagement" and keep you under. this is how they look at the results, each bad rate shows that employees are not engaged, that means they have to have action plans and new additional projects to fix their engagement. They see you as the problem. If you do not believe me, try and see where it leads. Good luck!
Leadership was mediocre to begin with. Nike leaders I worked for scored between -5 and 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Anyone I worked for outside of Nike scored between 3 and 9. There was a brief moment of hope and optimism, but right now, like OP, I think it has gone downhill. How many "leaders" (and weeks turning into months) does it take to make a simple and sensical decision?
