Joining union will not give you a severance. Just quit
Yeah I say force their hand. Unionize and let them decide how they want to proceed. Bring it guys! Bring on the union! PLEASE!!! I would love a severance!

too late. they will just shut down or convert to indirect if a union came in. stores that unionized 15 years ago were smart.
