I was a believer that change was coming. I also was told by some upper level people that larger territories were coming. Which in turn has to involve cuts. But i guess its not happening. I need to go ahead and make retirement plans. Was fairly sure that there would be serverence possiblities.

Super territories are in test phase right now. Many areas have already started. Ours went live in April. They are not filling spots where reps quit. They will merge their territory with another. It’s coming slowly.
Heard it's the DM's decision to experiment with super territories. Also heard that they are not to fill positions as people quit so they would be forced to if a sale rep leaves.

Just doesnt seem like it. If there are job losses dont they have to give so many days warning
