How much did the grades actually increase vs merit increases? Can anyone chime in on what the mid point is for grade 11 or 12 after this?
Top right ~5% merit and nearly 200% bonus target
Top right-adjacent ~4% and ~190%
Middle box ~3.5% and ~160%
Don't be divided, FDY and SAT aren't different here. It's a 'take a little from the middle box folks to give more to the high earners who get higher ratings' kind of thing ...Which is totally normal.
Bonus is 156% and the raise is 3%. I was hoping to be closer to the execs but I should have known better. The MPC people probably got better than us in San Antonio.
Yes they are out and being distributed. If you haven't got yours yet someone between you an your manager is exceptionally bad even for MPC barring any exceptional circumstances.
Has anyone received their bonus and merit comp sheet yet?
Isn’t today the day?
Inflation is 8%, but they give us 3-4% raises. 🤡
Hearing bonus payouts and merit increase effective April 1, statements given march 23; merit increases will be between 3 and 4%
This is a horrendous company. Leave once you get your bonus. The real bonus is leaving this sh-t ho-e.
Yeah because 4 weeks of sick pay down to 7 days after this year is really great. Saying “generous” or “competitive” are huge red flags
MPC is weird like that. Anything having to do with employee policies or pay is always a big secret. Take our new sick policy for example. HR keeps saying it is generous, we just don’t understand it and they will explain it…. LATER. What??
Shows how disfuctional this company is. Everyone should know by now. It was decided last week. You will be told march 18th to 23rd and it will be paid and raises will be effective April first.
i mean the week of the 14th
MyPlans are completed on March 15th.
heard it will be paid out March 14th following my plans being completed
I'm expecting jelly of the month club. It's the gift that keeps of giving.
18th to 23rd sheets will be distributed. Paid on 4/1
Here to dispel the rumors and vicious LIES!!!
T-Shirts will be offered at COST!!!
Carry on...
Sorry, budget cuts to pad exec bonuses. T-shirts are no longer offered. (Except to execs).
We will get a bag of peanuts and a sh---y t-shirt.
Bonus checks to the peons will come April 1st.
I wouldn’t expect anything concrete until March 15 at the earliest. That’s when performance reviews are finalized for the peasants.
So when are the plebs getting paid?
