This is probably the reason why many are in disbelief when they hear the bad experiences of someone who has left here. This is also the reason why some young talent with good ideas and great ambitions might still wander in here from time to time. Oracle still somehow manages to maintain its reputation?

Yeah, people on the outside, just hear the name Oracle and assume there is someone there who knows what they are doing! But, no, they are wrong about that. I take every chance I get to let people know what goes on at Oracle. Oracle is the dumpster of tech. That will be written on Oracle's tombstone.

House of cards, that's Oracle. Will collapse at some point. With all the attrition, that point might not be too far off.
Truth is, this is a shitshow. Financial authors of various market publications project this old failing has-been company as the stock to buy low now from a company that has a history of bouncing back. Seems as if LE has these authors on payroll? Truths of debt & substandard products and illegal gouging customer subscriptions is never mentioned. Instead it’s all about future earnings then excuses why numbers are not met.
There is no bounce back left, this house of cards is already falling. Truth can only be hidden for so long. The racist VP Royalty bullying employees exposed as the puppets that they are by the grand puppet slave-master would be a best seller when and if published.
This morning I enjoyed reading the LinkedIn post of my good friend who has jumped ship. It made for a good read. I am expecting the next chapter of this book very soon!
