Not for nothing but it made sense to consolidate DM's to begin with. There were some with only 5 corporate stores. 6 figure paycheck to manage 5 locations? The writing was on the wall for that. Personally, they can get rid of Directors altogether and just let DM's roll to Area VP's. Yes some stores will go Indirect, but they aren't making money to begin with. Then they will just go out of biz aktogether.
So if you have a direct DM and indirect DM , only one keeps their job? Same with direct and indirect ops?
