Did you try to apply for a new job? I have been doing some research in the past few weeks and I have been pleasantly surprised by what I saw. There are many, many openings and from what I can see most of them are offering better terms than Humana, which can't wait to get rid of us. I encourage everybody to at least take a look. There's not much to lose and a lot to gain.

Lay-offs will most likely me announced in May with your 60 day period ending late June. Layoffs usually line up with the end of a quarter. It is too late to announce now and give the 60 day notice before the end of the first quarter. If Humana is desperate enough I guess they could announce layoffs any time but end of a quarter is typically how it’s been done.
Yes you are correct. Waiting for my severance then I’m gone. I don’t think it will be much longer before layoffs are announced.
