Yeeaa we keep getting customers coming in because cust service told them we could do something that we can't do in store. Then we have to tell them that unfortunately we can not do anything despite what they told you also sorry they are in another country and you could barely understand them. Our ceo needs more money for his shareholders, so we outsourced to the lowest bidder. So sorry about that mr. Customer. Have a great day! (As they leave pi---d)

Had an indirect rep call customer service stating a customer wasn't getting their apo discount when they signed up for it 8 month ago. Not only did I have to tell them it says it right on the bill but the amount of the plan is the price with apo. If she knew what the price of the plan should be she would have known this. Or at least bothered to look it up. These indirect reps/vendors don't even know what the price of the plans are. We are constantly having to fix issues they create because they either lie to the customers or don't know what the he-l they are talking about. This is just one example of many we get on a daily basis. This is what Verizon wants now. They don't want good employees anymore. They want the bottom of the barrel reps so they don't have to pay them a decent wage. Guess what Verizon? You get what you pay for.

i am 82 years old. the fine young man at indirect sold me a flip phone for only $500 and told me he gave me a discount. he also said he gave me a deal by selling me unlimited for only $100 a month. i feel so lucky!

@efe+1fuOcMT5 Same platform coming yes but same customer experience not so much. The resellers are still on individual commission so customer maintenance is zero priority to them especially if they can’t get them to buy something. “ Go to the corporate store only they can do that “. How many times has someone heard that ?

They are literally designing a system that gives indirect and corporate stores the same platform. Look around, there isn’t an indirect channel anymore, just consumer.

They been saying this for years and years now. They actually going to pull the trigger? Also that severance retail thing is not true. It's easy to look up and see that it's still there.
