How come raises don’t go into effect until July, but on the other hand Humana can pay out the AIP now? Can anyone explain this? Is this indicative of big cuts around the corner as someone mentioned?

Are all departments at Humana having to wait until July 1 for their raise or just some departments?
@OP+1frhwObG Simply put. They just reduced your pay raise by 1/3 but you are not supposed to notice.
