I believe Humana is losing members because of the discontinuation of the Humana at Home field care manager home visits..members really liked and appreciated these visits and many told me many many times..our visits kept them from leaving Humana …
I am proud of Humana BS of associates well being. They will do exactly opposite of what they say. I am not surprised why they losing membership and creditability. Layoffs is slowly turning into norm. Mediocre work, mediocre people, mediocre company, mediocre pay, but no.1 at stress.
Wow. I guess at least im happy my leader is decent. Thats what makes it or breaks it for me. I like WFH but if the leader is a control freak that would be too stressful. But i do want to know whats going on and what the uppers are looking for. I do like the Aip, never got that at the hospital
Humana produces enough 'positivity' to fill an ocean. We don't need more BS, we need less.
Humana has been very good to me and I appreciate the opportunity to work from home, AIP, 401k match, caregiver leave, Short and long term disability, tuition assistance, PTO and all of the other benefits provided.
Again, why? For those of us that have positives, they’re about the same as the person who already posted.for those of us who have negative, they’re about the same. This is a site about layoffs, which isn’t a positive. Posting asking for positives and then doing an encouraging post afterwards is a bit offensive. Why are you looking for positives? If you’re looking for insight on the positives people see in their role to help you clarify your own concerns, you’re going about it wrong, if you’re trying to stir up sh-t, you’re going about it wrong. Your original post and follow up requesting people to get on board makes little sense. Again, why? How can we help you? We all still see positives, we are all still at the job, be it a pay check, being able to work at home, or buying time, or a variety of other reasons. We all see negatives, are there are with any job or role. What is your point to your post, since, I’m sorry, I do not get what you are looking for…being a cheerleader for others? If you noticed in ALL the threads here, when anything positive is said, it is generally shot down….it’s not the time or space for it right now with the potential RIF. Everyone is weighing out the positive vs the negative every day. But, somethings are out of our control, I could see a million positives and get laid off, as we have all seen happen to our teammates over the years. Positive? I come to work each day and I work as hard as I can to meet the members needs within the guidelines of my job. So, as we ask our members, what can I do to help you right now? What are you looking for?
No one posting anything positive? What’s going on people. Post something for your best place to work
Are you a Pollyanna or a shill for management?

How much does your leader cares about your well being
Calling tyrant child a leader 😂. Humana doesn’t have any leaders in my view. Most of the people who are in leadership does deserves. Well being at Humana 😂🤣😂🤣
or anything you want to share from your years of experience.
Pay people well, treat them well, remove unnecessary micro management. Invest in making your leadership lean and efficient.
