Do you guys feel that mid level leadership needs improvement at Humana. There are so many spreadsheet managers in my team than individual contributors? This spreadsheet manager are just behind status of the task all the time rather than helping there teams. Humana should get rid of the people for better productivity?

I dont really understand what you are saying. You don't want to know how you are doing or you are not doing well & the spreadsheet shows it? What kind of help are you wanting? My mgr has helped when asked & is there more than 8 hr days for sure not a job id want. Maybe ask for the help you want specifically?
