Am I crazy or did they push the employee surveys back AGAIN another month? I could have sworn they were coming out this week.

Well, with all of the non-vaxxed folks with no access to the network and no way to complete the survey, the numbers will get skewed positive by the Mikey Sievert fanatics.

Why would they care about the results of the survey? They are just going to cook the numbers as they always do, and present the numbers they want, it is the way they always do it. It is the same as when they do an all-hands meeting and ask for questions, they never answer ALL the questions, just the ones they want to answer. "Oh, look at #19 there, Neville, why don't you address #19!" Because they skipped over questions 1 through 18...
Sorry for the typos but yes I will continue to work at T-Mobile until April 1st I will not be out on unpaid leave u til that date according to HR so if a survey comes during that time frame I will absolutely be taking it. If not doesn’t matter not that serious to me.

Well, except that you wouldn't get any notice that the survey has been issued as the following statement is in the information that went out to those who have been put on Leave without Pay:
While on unpaid leave, you will not have access to T-Mobile accounts or systems, including T-Mobile email and Outlook contacts.
They would technically have to wait until April 1st, us call center reps who weren’t vaccinated are going to be separated from the company until April 1st.
You really think they are going to send out the surveys to people who are about to be laid off lol? There are over 1000 people who just got placed on leave for refusal to vaccinate. They are waiting until March 14 in hopes that the people who just got booted for not vaccinated either A.) Aren't eligible for a survey. B.) Quit by March 14th and don't do the survey.
You are correct, it's been pushed to Mar 14. They gave no reason.
