Can we also talk about how vile it is that they glorify people working all weekend, even all night on this merger? This is a f***ing job, not defending against an invasion.
I left with a month notice at the beginning of January on good terms and they screwed me on getting my incentive for the year ! Not surprised. I feel bad for people who think they will thrive there from hBBT
Truist is 100% representative of a bank going through the motions, with employees doing “just enough” until they get employment elsewhere. Amazing that the market hasn’t really picked up on it yet, but I have little doubt they will. It seems clients are starting to pick up on the disarray.
