In this job market, if you really want to leave, best to jump on it versus waiting on severance that may or may not occur. There are some hefty signing bonuses out there now that won’t always be there
@OP+1fnDLIwc - If and when you get good intel on when it may happen, start the search for your next job outside immediately. Nothing better than having your next job lined-up, not needing that severance $ and being able to put it away for later.
