Raises won’t be effective until 7/1/22. Not in March! Not that we expect much of a bump in base pay, but this is disappointing and contrary to the information communicated the last several months.

Does anyone have a meeting scheduled with their coach to discuss raise and AIP? We were told meetings would occur February 18-26, and statement will be available in Workday March 1. Nothing scheduled……
Delaying raises will save a nice chunk of change. This also happened several years ago (one to two years before AIP) and some people got really ticked off and left. Perhaps this is so people that aren’t in it for the long haul leave.
What does that mean for AiP?
Great point last poster.
Delaying our raises until July makes good business sense. Why would they want to give raises to those they are about to let go? That would cost them more in the exit package. Makes me think there will be a purge before July.
How would the Layoff know who posted if it’s anonymous?
Don't post here. TheLayoff is censoring posts and I wouldn't be surprised if they are letting companies know who posted.
How is this contrary to information communicated the last several months? I agree it’s disappointing to have increases pushed to July 1, but there’s been a ton of communication around creating $1 billion in value across the company so our increase effective date moving to July 1 is not surprising.
I just heard the same but AIP still happens in March. I heard the organizational performance multiplier is 100% so nothing over like in previous years but I expected that. Wonder when they’ll put our award statement in workday. My leader is off so I have no clue when she’ll share my actual award statement. I wish they would just share this stuff with everyone all at once.
