TR acquired too many other companies with no strategy on what to do with them. Then, engaged in mass layoffs and hiring freezes. It's total chaos and disorganization.
Perfect description of what happened to TR. It all boils down to incompetent management that has no idea how to finish what it started and then resorts to easy solutions to dig itself out of the ho-e - but it just ends up sinking deeper.
