Get out of Walmart. I spent 10 years there or should I say wasted 10 years before I got fed up and left. Now I have an office job. No weekends no holidays and more money. Best decision ever. Get out. Walmart is a JOKE
If you want better pay, move on to better jobs, like everybody else did who got tired of the cr-p pay. You're supposed to move forward and progress as you live your life. You really think that's going to happen at WM?

Their time is coming, soon.
salaried workers worked through the pandemic without a bonus
then got even more sh-t on with tiny raises while the fat cat greedy fu-k ceo and walmart family bought and traded stock to make their families richer
Then update your impressive resume and go get another job. Oh wait, didn’t finish high school? Got a long arrest record? Fired from every job you ever had? Guess your options are pretty limited. That’s why you’re working at Walmart.
I left years ago when WM rolled that 2% out; they can keep it! Home Office not everyone works the same! You should bring merit raises back to the people.
If you're that upset why are you still here?
Did you expect something different from an excessively greedy company?
