I always remained positive and tried to be the person people looked up too on my team. While everyone else has been trashing T-Mobile and quitting for a full year straight, I tried to help people and get them to stay. What do I get? After 18 years I’m getting laid off over a vaccine I can’t get due to immune system issues. I haven’t cried so hard in my life. What a careless company

Did you put in for a medical accommodation? If not, don't complain. The system was on place to protect you and you didn't use it. If you chose, like so many on this page, to not file and refuse to get vaxxed on principle, you went into this knowing the end result.

Laid off? I thought is was leave without pay (forcing you to use up all your PTO) until 4/2 then fired. If you're being laid off, are you getting a package? If so, what's in it?
