There's a lot at Nike that needs improvement, but I find it really funny when someone says that they've wasted years of their lives here. I know many people whose careers have not progressed here a whole lot, but thanks to the experience here they have managed to find a much better job. How are those "wasted years" then?

anyone who spent longer time than 5 years at Nike has wasted their time for each year they stayed beyond the first 5 years. Nike always lands you a good first job after leaving, the rest of your career depends on your ability to adapt, to work hard, to realize how different outside world is from Nike. The sooner you forget your time at Nike, the quicker your career progresses. I believe the original post is so st.pid that it does not deserve any response longer than this.
