We have a fairly high turnover rate for the evening leads at my club. Just wondering how it's been everywhere else?

We currently can't find anyone to fill one of the two the positions in my club. The micromanagement is a big reason. We have had 4 people in the past two years for one position.
You need to transfer to my club the PM leads do nothing but zone no stocking and no dropping . 20.00 + an hour is well deserved .
We have had several quit in the last few years. Just sick n tired of the micro manager. She's a peanut.
our pm crew hasn't had a high turnover. most are associates that were overnight, so they prefer working later shifts. sure there have been several that have came & went. but most have been with the company several years. they do a very good job.
I am one of our 2. Both have been here pretty well over 5 years. We have a lot of good people in our store tho, been club of the year in the past.
