It needs to be streamline and people need to be held accountable for just showing up for a paycheck. The memebers know the good from the bad. Who wants to help and who just goes through the motions.

Not always the decent ones that are left, many get laid off and cr-p is left
The company is well beyond choosing “the good from the bad.” They make so many cuts so often all that can be left are decent hardworking people, at least on the front lines.
